WALL GUARD

WALL-GUARD is an extruded polystyrene rigid foam with an integral high density skin and homogeneous closed

                   cell structure manufactured according to ASTM-C578  or BS 3837 Part 2, specs and possesses the

                   following typical properties. WALL GUARD boards are significantly reduces energy loss through

                   external wall of buildings as it has low thermal conductivity and its closed cell structure made it high

                   resistance to water absorption, WALL GUARD is available in wide range of thickness to meet different

                   insulation requirements.

             Density               :     28 – 30 Kg/M³

             Board Size        :     1250 x 600 mm (or requested lengths)

             Thickness          :     20, 30 40, 50 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100 mm (or requested)

             Edges                :     Tongue & Groove or Shiplap (rebated) 

Application          :    Cavity wall insulation, Interior or Exterior wall insulation, tiles backing.

WATER VAPOUR PERMEABILITY              :     ≤ 1 PERM-INCH

WALL-GUARD Board is specially designed for Interior Wall Insulation, Exterior Wall

                            Insulation and Cavity Wall Insulation with rebated edges on all four sides,

                            to eliminate thermal bridging. Hence, it is cost effective, easy to install and

                            reduces loss of time

  CAVITY WALL INSULATION

                  Cavity wall insulation is required for air conditioned building to control temperature. 

                  Cavity wall is an advantage where exterior brick finish is required.

INTERIOR WALL INSULATION

Interior thermal insulation is being used for existing buildings and could be used for new building.

EXTERIOR WALL INSULATION

                                      Exterior insulation can be installed either behind panels of marble or granite panels.  WALL GUARD boards  

                          shall be fixed to external walls  using using either plastic dowel or with compatible solvent free adhesive.
